Can GEOXPM only solve three-dimensional problems? For two-dimensional problems, can only be simulated by setting unit thickness? Is there a two-dimensional direct simulation method?

GeoXPM has the capability to handle full 3D problems. In the case of 2D problems, it applies a plain strain condition.
When dealing with a 2D problem, you will need to draw 3D objects and simulate a specific cutting section.
However, you only need to ensure the cutting section represents what you aim to simulate, as the rest of the geometry will not be taken into account during the simulation.
