I noticed the simulation of soil dessication cracking by software developers on youtube. Can this simulation file provide a case? Can the software realize the simulation at this stage?

Hi @jimmyyang.
Desiccation cracking can be simulated using the GeoXPM collaborative version or by making use of the User-Defined Constitutive Model (UDCM) in the free version.
To be specific, you can implement the double-scale constitutive model presented in this paper: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0266352X19302733 as a UDCM following this tutorial ( https://geoxpm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/User-defined-constitutive-model-tutorial.pdf) and run the desiccation cracking simulation.
