I would like to comment that the program does not work correctly on my computer, when trying to run a simulation I get an error 2 with the legend.

This error does not allow me to run any simulation, and the test example is the one I try to run recently.

I have tried to install the program by disabling my antivirus, I have even tried previous versions of FreeCAD and none of this has solved the problem.

@pietro-mazzuca @tienlk2004 Unfortunately, I have not managed to solve the problem. I have smaller issue with anti-virus program. It keeps messaging me about the trojan on exe file and I did not have time to try it on virtual PC. Vedran

@SaschaHenke Please see the post https://geoxpm.com/community/postid/44/. I think you have the same problems. I will try to figure out what is wrong. For the time being, can you try running a project or the runsph file somewhere other than on the Desktop since it's synced with OneDrive and Im not sure if it's going to affect the execution?

@pietro-mazzuca It seems your problem is similar to vjagodnik's. I'm not sure if vjagodnik has solved the problem though. I think there is a link between the 2 problems where FreeCAD is not able to load the macro and GeoXPM is not able to execute and this seems to affect a few users.

Many thanks for your quick response. Following your suggestions I'm now able to open correctly the software. However, I have another problem, I downloaded an example from your library (that regarding the soil column), but when I try to run the analyses the following error is given by the programme: 21:56:53 Traceback (most recent call last): 21:56:53 File "", line 77, in on_sph_sim_finished 21:56:53 FileNotFoundError: No such file or directory: 'C:/Users/Asus Rog/Downloads/GranularFlow2D (1)/GranularFlow2D/GranularFlow2D_out/Run.out' I have the write permission for the programme, in addition both two files, 'runsph' and 'runsph3d,' exist in the directory '%appdata%/FreeCAD/Mod/GeoXPM/binaries/'. Furthermore, I also tried to run the runsph-file you provided to @vjagodnik but it also does not write any Run.out file. Furthermore, as you see I do not have any "dot" in my user-name...
